 I believe I'm uniquely great at two things—getting excited about everything and meeting people where they're at. If you're my client, guess what, now I'm your biggest fan, and I can't wait to find you a unique spin on your personal brand.

Personal branding is not just for entrepreneurs. It’s a way to have your outer appearance, what you wear, match the awesomeness that is you.

Let’s go way back for a minute. I was a shy kid, and I liked the idea of expressing myself through what I wore. Through many, many years of trial and error, I learned how to dress a tall frame on a budget, both shopping new and secondhand. I also noticed that the days I really liked what I was wearing were the days I felt more confident. And vice versa. And let’s be real, I reveled in the compliments on the days I really nailed my outfit.

My fashion fandom started with shows with What Not to Wear and Project Runway. I know how to sew-ish, but I didn’t love the idea of having to create clothing and full collections from scratch. But helping people figure out what to wear like Stacy and Clinton did? Now that was the dream.

In 2019, I had the idea of The Author Stylist, helping authors like myself look polished and stand out at events to connect with their ideal readers. From there, I branched off into dressing professionals and entrepreneurs in a variety of other industries.

The business then became Bedecked and now Styled with a Twist.

From working with authors, I started noticing patterns in people who really stood out. I created a methodology around these findings to help you connect with your people at in-person events and on social media. Or really, any time you step out in public. I’m so excited to work with you to streamline this process and take the stress of getting dressed away so that you can show up confidently in your busy life.
